At TITAN we are in the business of developing exceptional athletes.  In order to do this it’s not just about a lifting program. We must load each athletes arsenal with the proper tools they need to reach success both on the field/court and at home.  Our programming incorporates training, recovery, and nutrition.   Recovery is often overlooked by almost every facility out there.  Recovery routines are instrumental in the performance of athletes and can determine what kind of a season a player can have.  After each training session – the athlete has the option to move on to work with a trainer where they will assess function and stability of crucial joints used in each athletes sports to prevent injury and facilitate advanced healing and recovery.
