ELITE PROGRAM

Elite Athlete Services
This intense and individualized program is developed only for the most dedicated and motivated athletes. The elite program is designed for athletes who are very serious about their training and want to maximize results while being as efficient as possible.

Initial assessment and program design consultation

Hypoxicator (Simulated high-altitude training)

COMPETITIVE ATHLETE PROGRAM

Elite Services
The Competitive Athlete Program involves the development of an individualized strength and conditioning program for each athlete. Titan will develop a program that allows the athlete unlimited access to all the training resources of the center. Training is performed with a trainer on an appointment-only basis, with a maximum number of five supervised sessions per week. Most athletes will average three to five sessions per week, depending on the training cycle.

Athlete Family
Memberships of two or more family members trained in the same session. Each additional membership after the initial membership will be discounted.

Athlete Maintenance Program
Our Maintenance Program addresses major areas of performance, while focusing on maintaining a peak fitness level during in-season. Major performance areas include: power/strength, speed, agility, quickness, anaerobic endurance and flexibility. Six supervised training sessions per month are included. Members enrolled in the Competitive Athlete Program for at least two months are eligible for this program. The Competitive Athlete Maintenance Program is available for a maximum of three months.

 
PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training Program

Workouts are designed and under the guidance of our Fitness Director, Robb Bolton ATC, CSCS
Each session is monitored by a Certified Personal Trainer
Specialized programs tailored to meet cliants' goals
Program design with ongoing instruction and monitoring to increase strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and improve body composition
Biomechanical evaluation with a Certified Muscle Activation Therapist
Therapeutic exercise programs focusing on rehabilitation, prevention and return to activity following injury
Nutritional consultation with a Registered Dietician
In-depth focus on proper biomechanics and exercise technique

All clients must have a Titan gym membership to purchase Personal Training. The membership initiation fee will be waived for those who are purchasing Personal Training.

TEAM
Team Consulting Program

Titan's staff of professionals is available to assist coaches and teams to design Sports Performance Enhancement programs for offsite training. Program consultation for offsite training may include the following:
Review of current program design and training facilities
One Titan staff offsite visit per team, per month
Program design to follow at training facility
Development of sport-specific warm-up, cool down and recovery program
Access to Titan Sports staff for questions, comments or concerns during normal business hours (M-F 9-5)
Basic sports nutrition guidelines and team meeting with Registered Dietician
Individual sports psychology profile testing (additional charges apply)
Athlete fitness assessment testing (additional charges apply)
